Godwin 

1) Hello, how are you? My name is Pastor Guardwin, and I work in Uganda.

1) 안녕하세요? 저는 우간다에서 사역하고 있는 가드윈 목사 라고 합니다.

2) I think I'm dreaming right now.

2) 저는 지금 꿈을 꾸고 있는 것 같습니다.

3) It's been more than 10 years since I graduated from college and worked with the Union Vision Mission Team, and since then I've come to like your church.

3) 내가 대학을 졸업하고 유니온 비전 미션팀과 함께 사역한지 10년이 넘었는데 그때부터 나는 여러분 교회를 좋아하게 되었습니다.

4) Because the missionary teams of Osan Sucheong Church gave us so much love and encouragement when they came to Uganda.

4) 왜냐하면 오산수청교회 선교팀들은 우간다에 왔을 때 우리들에게 너무나 큰 사랑과 격려를 해주었기 때문입니다.

5) And Pastor Ko always bought us delicious food, gave us scholarships, and taught us a lot of things that would help us in the ministry when he came to Uganda.

5) 그리고 고 목사님은 우간다에 오면 항상 우리에게 맛있는 것을 사주고 장학금도 주고 목회사역에 도움이 되는 것을 많이 가르쳐주어 큰 도움이 되었습니다.

6) Last March, I visited the Ugandan church member's house with Pastor Ko to distribute food and pray.

6) 지난 3월에 나는 고목사님과 함께 우간다 교회 멤버 집을 방문하여 음식을 나누어주고 기도해주었습니다.

7) In fact, Ugandan pastors don't visit church members' homes very often. However, I learned what true ministry is by visiting the families of Pastor Ko and church members and listening to their stories, comforting them, and praying.

7) 사실 우간다 목사들은  성도들 가정 방문을 잘 하지 않습니다. 그런데 고목사님과 심방하면서 그들의 이야기를 듣고 위로하고 기도해주는 것을 통해 진정한 목회가 무엇인지를 배우게 되었습니다.

8) Since then, I have visited the families of the church members and prayed and comforted them with God's word, and at that moment, I feel very rewarded as a pastor.

8) 그후로 나는 교회 멤버들 가정을 방문하여 기도해주고 하나님 말씀으로 위로해 주고 있는데 그 순간 목사로서의 보람을 많이 느낀다. 

9) From now on, I will talk about Naboa middle and high school.

9) 이제부터 나보아 중고등학교 이야기를 하겠습니다.

10) In 2018, the missionary teams of Osan Sucheong Church carried out a missionary mission in a land where there is no school building yet.

10) 2018년도 오산수청교회 선교팀들은 아직 학교 건물이 없는 땅에서 선포기도를 했다.

11) We have since bought land.When we tried to start building the school, there were many difficulties due to legal disputes over land. But it was solved well by the grace of God.

11) 그 이후 우리는 땅을 샀다.우리가 학교 건축을 시작하려고 했을 때 토지 문제로 법적 다툼이 있어 많은 어려움이 있었다. 그러나 하나님의 은혜로 잘 해결하였다.

12) When we actually started building the school, COVID-19 occurred and it was very difficult to build the school.

12) 막상 우리가 학교 건축을 시작할 때 코로나-19가 발생하여 학교 건축이 많이 어려웠다.

13) With the start of COVID-19, building materials and labor costs have risen a lot, making school construction difficult.

13) 코로나 19가 시작되면서 건축 재료비와 인건비가 많이 올라서 학교 건축에 많은 어려움이 있었다.

14) So all members of the Union Vision Mission and pastors prayed nonstop until the school building was completed.

14) 그래서 유니온 비전 미션 소속 모든 교인들과 목사들은 학교 건축이 완성될 때까지 쉬지 않고 기도했다.

15) Because Naboa Middle and High School is the first large Christian school to be built in the  Mbale area, local residents had high expectations.

15) 왜냐하면 나보아 중고등 학교는 음발레 지역에 최초로 세워지는 대규모 기독교 학교이기 때문에 지역 주민들이 큰 기대를 하고 있었다.

16) If school construction is stopped, it will be a great loss to the local evangelism, so we prayed as much as we could and devoted a lot to the completion of school construction.

16) 만약 학교 건축이 중단된다면 지역 전도에 큰 손실이 되는 상황이어서 우리는 최선을 다해 기도하고 학교 건축완공을 위해 많은 헌신을 하였다.

17) Due to the grace of God and the prayers of the members of the Osan Sucheong Church, Naboa Middle and High School was completed in 2021 and began recruiting students from 2022.

17) 하나님의 은혜와 오산수청교회 성도들의 기도 때문에 나qh아 중고등학교가 2021년도에 완공되어 2022년부터 학생을 모집하기 시작하였다.

18) But something surprising happened.

18) 그런데 놀라운 일이 발생했다.

19) 40 schools have been built under the Union Vision Mission over the past decade. When they first recruited students, none of the schools had more than 200 students.

19) 지난 10년간 유니온 비전 미션 산하에 40개의 학교가 세워졌다. 그 학교들이 처음 학생 모집할 때 200명 이상 모집된 학교는 한곳도 없었다.

20) However, in 2022, 600 students enrolled in Naboa Middle and High School. This was a miracle. We were so surprised.

20) 그런데 나보아 중고등 학교는 2022년 600명의 학생이 등록하였다. 이것은 기적이었다. 우리는 너무 놀랬다.

21) What's more surprising is that we opened a second-year high school class at the start of 2023, and now there are 750 students studying at Naboa Middle and High School.

21) 더 놀라운 것은 2023년도 시작하면서 고등학교 2학년반을 오픈 했더니 현재 나보아 중고등학교는 750명 학생이 공부하고 있다.

22) Can you believe what is happening in middle and high school? I'm looking at the scene with my eyes, but I can't believe it. This is a miracle.

22) 여러분은 나보아 중고등학교에서 일어나고 있는 일들이 믿어지는가 ? 나는 그 현장을 눈으로 보고 있지만 믿어지지가 않는다. 이것은 기적같은 일이다.

23) I don't think this is a result of coincidence. The first is the result of God's help, and the second is believed to be due to the hot prayers and love of the members of the Osan Sucheong Church, including Pastor Ko.

23) 나는 이것이 우연의 결과라고 생각하지 않는다. 첫째는 하나님의 도우심의 결과이고 둘째는 고목사님을 비롯한 오산수청교회 성도님들의 뜨거운 기도와 사랑 때문이라고 믿는다.

24) I've heard a lot about how hard the Korean church was because of COVID-19 when Pastor Ko came to Uganda last time.

24) 나는 지난번 고목사님이 우간다에 왔을 때 한국교회가 코로나 19 때문에 얼마나 힘들었은지 많은 이야기를 들었다.

25) But you didn't stop helping Uganda, and you helped by praying until the end. I am so surprised and grateful for this.

25) 그러나 여러분들은 우간다를 돕는 일을 멈추지 않았고 끝까지 기도하며 도와주었다. 나는 이것이 너무나 놀랍고 감사하다.

26) I believe. God will give great blessings to the Osan Sucheong Church and the saints. God will give you spiritual blessings, blessings of wealth, blessings of health.

26) 나는 믿는다. 하나님께서 오산수청교회와 성도들에게 큰 축복을 주실 것이다. 하나님께서는 당신에게 영적인 축복, 재물의 축복, 건강의 축복을 주실 것이다.

27) Currently, Naboa Middle and High School should open its third-year high school class in 2024. Then the number of students will exceed 1,000.

27) 현재 나보아 중고등학교는 2024년도에 고등학교 3학년 반을 오픈해야 한다. 그렇게 되면 학생수가 1000명이 넘게 된다.

28) Currently, Naboa Middle and High School has 500 students living in dormitories, and next year, they have to make school classrooms and dormitories, but there is no land.

28) 현재 나보아 중고등학교는 기숙사에서 500명 학생이 살고 있는데 내년도에는 학교 교실과 기숙사를 만들어야 하는데 땅이 없다.

29) However, when Pastor Ko visited Uganda last time, the owner of the land, who had a large land behind the school, came and told him to buy the land at the school. This was really surprising news for us.

29) 그런데 지난번 고목사님이 우간다 방문했을 때 나보아 학교 뒤편에 넓은 땅을 가지고 있는 땅주인이 찾아와 그 땅을 학교에서 사라고 말했다. 이것은 우리에게 정말 놀라운 소식이었다.

30) Now we are negotiating land prices with the landowner. Please pray for good results

30) 지금 우리는 땅주인과 땅 값을 협상하고 있다. 여러분께서 좋은 결과가 있기를 위해 기도해 주세요

31) The land is about 2,000 pyeong in size in Korea, and the land must be secured first. Only then can the expansion of middle and high schools begin.

31) 그 땅은 한국치수로 약 2000평정도 되는데 일단 땅을 먼저 확보해야 한다. 그래야 나 보아 중고등 학교의 확장 공사가 시작될 수 있다.

32) Navoa secondary school is currently the largest school in the region, the most famous and a Christian school visited and interested by many ministers from the Ugandan government.

32) 현재 나보아 중고등학교는 그 지역에서 가장 큰 학교이며, 가장 유명한 학교이며  우간다 정부에서도 많은 장관들이 방문하고 관심을 갖고 있는 기독교학교이다.

33) In Naboa Middle and High School, students worship and start classes every day

33) 나보아 중고등학교에서는 학생들과 매일 예배 드리고 수업을 시작한다

34) If we train Ugandan youth with the word of God and worship for six years, they will be great Christians who will change Africa. This is apparently the vision of Naboa middle and high schools.

34) 우리가 6년간 이렇게 하나님 말씀과 예배로 우간다 청소년들을 훈련시킨다면 그들은 아프리카를 변화시킬 훌륭한 그리스도인이 될 것이다. 이것이 나보아 중고등학교의 비전이다.

35) Dear members of Osan Sucheong Church, Naboa Middle and High School is currently the school with the largest number of students among the 50 schools established by the Union Vision Mission Mission.

35) 오산수청교회 성도 여러분 나보아 중고등학교는 현재 유니온 비전 미션 선교단체가 세운 50개 학교중 학생수가 가장 많이 있는 학교이다.

36) Among the pastors from Korea, five were shocked to see Na Bo-ah's middle and high schools and established schools. They all built a big school.

36) 한국에서 오신 목사님들 중 나보아 중고등학교를 보고 충격받아서 학교를 세우신 분들이 5명이나 된다. 그분들은 모두 큰 학교를 세웠다.

37) Saints of Osan Sucheong Church. Naboa Middle and High School is not just for Ugandan youth, but a global school that fosters talent that can change the future of poverty and suffering Africa.

37) 오산수청교회 성도여러분. 나보아 중고등학교는 단순히 우간다 청소년만을 위한 학교가 아니라 가난과 고통에 시달리는 아프리카의 미래를 변화시킬 수 있는 인재를 키워내는 세계적인 학교이다.

38) Our saints. I personally have a deep affection and appreciation for Osan Sucheong Church.

38) 성도 여러분. 나는 개인적으로 오산수청교회에 깊은 애정과 감사의 마음을 가지고 있다.

39) You've helped me and other Ugandan ministers a lot spiritually and emotionally and materially. Your love and service have been a great help to us to overcome the crisis. I really appreciate your love.

39) 여러분들은 나를 비롯한 우간다 사역자들을 영적으로 정서적으로 물질적으로 많이 도와주었다. 당신의 사랑과 섬김이 우리들에게는 위기를 극복할 수 있는 큰 힘이 되었다. 당신의 사랑에 진심으로 감사한다.

40) When I came to Korea this time, I received suits, shoes, and various gifts prepared by Osan Sucheong Church, and African pastors were so moved to tears when I ate delicious food. We were so happy. I sincerely thank you for your service.

40) 이번에 한국에 왔을 때 오산수청교회에서 준비한 양복과 신발과 여러가지 선물을 받고, 맛있는 음식을 먹을 때 아프리카 목사들은 너무 감격해서 눈물을 흘렸다. 우리는 너무 행복했다. 당신의 섬김에 진심으로 감사한다.

41) All Ugandan ministers, including me, will do their best in God's work more diligently so as not to disappoint your love and service.

41) 나를 비롯한 모든 우간다 사역자들은 당신의 사랑과 섬김에 실망을 주지 않기 위해 더욱 열심히 하나님의 일에 최선을 다하겠다.
